In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 22 against Catie Smith of Paton on a charge of interference with official acts, amended from violation of a no contact order. She was fined $250 with a $37.50 surcharge. A charge of false report to public entity was dismissed. Court costs were $227.25.
In a new case on the magistrate docket, Melinda Rathke of Humboldt pleaded guilty to a charge of public intoxication and paid a fine of $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
